Job summary

The International Monetary Fund is seeking a highly organized Projects Analyst to administer the work programs of IMFFA and IMFRA, while supporting the HRD. This one-year contract involves coordinating events, budgets, and board-related activities, with a hybrid in-office and remote schedule from IMF Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, project coordination, and IT skills, plus experience in handling multiple priorities across diverse stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting project management activities and project delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including tact and discretion with diverse groups.
• Experience in scheduling and organizing in-person and virtual meetings and conferences.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF and virtual meeting software (Zoom, Webex).
• Familiarity with email apps and social platforms; willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for IMFFA/IMFRA activities requiring access to Fund systems and processes.
• Primary point of contact for both associations, providing customer service and information requests.
• Plan, support and deliver work programs and activities; organize meetings and videoconferences.
• Track and follow up on Board decisions, actions and timelines.
• Manage budgets, reimbursements, and membership records.
