Job summary

The International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC seeks a Projects Analyst (Contractual) to administer work programs for the IMF Family Association (IMFFA) and IMF Retirees & Alumni Association (IMFRA) and to support the Fund’s Human Resources Department. The role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, and experience with project support, budgeting, and events.

The position is a one-year contractual appointment based at IMF Headquarters with hybrid work

Qualifications

Experience supporting project management activities and delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Experience scheduling and coordinating in-person and virtual meetings.
Proficient with MS Office, Adobe PDF, Zoom/Webex.

Responsibilities

Serve as the designated Fund employee liaison for IMFFA/IMFRA activities requiring access to Fund systems and processes.
Primary point of contact for IMFFA/IMFRA; provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
Plan, support and deliver work programs and activities; organize meetings and videoconferences.
Maintain files, budgets, and membership records; onboard new Board members.
Support events, reimbursements, and procurement; track board decisions and timelines.
Support HRD Change Management Division with project coordination and communications.
