Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in supplier quality or manufacturing in technology/industrial environments.
• Experience in supplier qualification; auditor experience is a plus.
• Project management experience in complex or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of quality methods (5 Why, FMEA, 8D, RCA); MS Office and SAP QM.
• CQE certification; ISO 9001 lead auditor knowledge advised.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and manage supplier audits to ensure ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze audit findings and close non-conformities.
• Maintain and improve the supplier quality management system.
• Collaborate with procurement and engineering on PPQ activities.
• Manage supplier performance metrics (KPIs) and SLAs.
• Lead CAPA implementations for supplier quality issues.
• Coach suppliers on quality standards and best practices.
• Oversee supplier qualification, certification, and development.
• Represent supply quality in cross-functional meetings.
• Support supplier surveillance and inspections.
