Job summary

Aegis Sortation in Mason, OH, is seeking a Project Scheduler to support our Corporate Planning team. You will partner with Project Managers to create, maintain, and update schedules using Microsoft Project, track baselines, and support reporting and dashboards for North American warehouse automation projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years on capital/industrial projects and strong scheduling expertise, with a Bachelor’s in a related field preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting large-scale capital, construction, automation, or material handling projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience creating and updating project schedules and baselines.
• Strong scheduling principles: baseline schedules, schedule analysis, and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update project schedules in Microsoft Project throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop schedules from templates and tailor to project needs.
• Update schedules and track change orders during execution.
• Analyze schedule impacts and communicate timeline changes.
• Support project managers with schedule management and reporting.
• Serve as scheduling SME within project team.
• Maintain dashboard and reporting accuracy.
• Track project progress against baseline schedules.
