Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks an Associate Project Planner for a hybrid role in North Chicago, IL.

You will assist with the development of project plans for Asset Development Teams using standardized PM tools to support drug development decisions across the R&D portfolio. The role requires self-direction, strong communication, and experience in project management with MS Project, SharePoint, and related analytics tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific or PM-related discipline and 4+ years of work experience.
• Accreditation in PM or process improvement preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced project management support to complex drug development projects, including action item tracking and meeting materials.
• Develop multiple project planning scenarios and identify, monitor, and analyze business risks.
• Independently identify opportunities for improvement of departmental processes and manage large or several small projects.
• Apply advanced PM principles to coordinate and complete goals; prioritize tasks effectively.
• Support and advise Project Managers on timelines and change requests; ensure data accuracy in QC reports.
• Compile and provide routine monthly and ad hoc project reports and develop guidelines/ checklists.
