Job summary

WesTech Engineering in Salt Lake City is seeking a Project Manager I to coordinate internal and external resources, manage design, schedule, and financial aspects of multiple projects in membrane filtration and related lines. You will be the main contact with customers, lead project meetings, review contracts, and ensure smooth delivery from procurement to commissioning.

A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years' experience are preferred; hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong professional and ethical standards in engineering practice.
• Must have strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, logical written communication, and ability to understand and follow instructions in the English language.
• Ability to manage competing requirements in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple projects to manage schedule, budgets, profit margins, and scope of supply.
• Maintain internal documents and procedures for each project.
• Be the main point of contact with customers coordinating project schedules and shipments.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other project managers.
• Lead project team meetings to discuss objectives, schedule, and contractual requirements.
