MSA Professional Services, Inc. in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Project Manager to lead clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and construction.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and keep clients informed on progress. The role requires a Bachelor's in Environmental or Civil Engineering, 5+ years in water/wastewater, and solid client interaction experience; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required.
• Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings required.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects for municipal, public-sector, industrial, and private clients.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships and clear communication.
• Own project performance: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and engineers.
