Stella-Jones Steel Structures seeks a Project Manager II to lead complex steel fabrication projects from award to delivery. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality while coordinating with customers and internal teams in a hybrid environment.

The role requires strong organizational, financial, and technical skills, managing multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Travel within the US and Canada up to 15% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial project management is required.
• Steel fabrication experience is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of project scheduling and cost control.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Familiarity with contract management and change order processes.
• Ability to travel in the United States and Canada up to 15%.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff to final completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Ensure alignment between Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Shipping, and Quality.
• Identify and proactively manage risks.
• Monitor progress against milestones and contractual commitments.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical or operational issues.
• Provide regular financial forecasting and reporting.
