Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial project management.
• Steel fabrication experience preferred.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Travel up to 15% within US/Canada.
• Strong scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex steel fabrication projects from award to delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Shipping, and Quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks; monitor milestones.
• Manage budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and relationships.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (CWB, AWS).
