Qualifications

• Licensure as a professional engineer with the Minnesota Board (AELSLAGID).
• Three (3) years of post-registration engineering experience at the Engineer Senior level in all phases of program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and direction from inception to completion of internal and consultant projects.
• Serve as primary contact with Project Management Administrative Engineer, Assistant District Engineer and stakeholders.
• Establish effective long-term relationships with local units of government and other stakeholders.
• Lead internal and consultant technical project teams applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements.
• Ensure alignment with MnDOT strategy, policies, and standards.
