BIMstream is expanding in New York City and seeks a Junior Project Manager & Scan Technician to grow with us. Based in our Midtown office at 560 Lexington Avenue, this hybrid role covers project management, QA/QC, client coordination, and hands-on reality capture in the field, from site scans to delivered models.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships count).
• Ability to read architectural and construction docs.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; Rhino 3D a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Management — manage projects from kickoff to handoff across services.
• QA/QC — review architectural and MEP drawings, Revit models and AutoCAD files to standards.
• Studio Coordination — coordinate with Studio teams and respond to client queries and RFIs.
• Client Communication and Coordination — intake requests, schedule scans, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Reality Capture — conduct site scans with NavVis, Leica, and GeoSLAM.
