Job summary

CTG is seeking a Project Manager, Process Improvement & Implementation for a client in Morrisville, NC on a hybrid schedule. The 6+ month role involves leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives within a global digital marketing transformation.

Responsibilities include assessing current-state processes, applying Lean Six Sigma, defining metrics, requirements translation for technology solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors through deployment and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, operational excellence, or technology implementation.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from assessment and solution design through implementation and adoption.
• Experience with process redesign, workflow optimization, or enterprise software and SaaS implementations.
• Background in digital marketing, marketing technology, customer experience, or a similar customer-facing transformation environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish measurable outcomes, translate analysis into practical solutions, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional process improvement and implementation initiatives supporting a global digital marketing transformation.
• Assess current-state processes through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to design streamlined workflows, clarify roles, and improve operational efficiency.
• Establish baseline and target performance metrics; track project milestones, costs, savings, operational KPIs, risks, and variances.
• Translate business needs into requirements for technology solutions, workflow tools, and enterprise software implementations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners throughout requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, decision records, status reports, and executive updates.
• Develop and execute change management and adoption plans, including stakeholder communications, training, and process documentation.
• Ensure redesigned processes and solutions are documented, operationalized, and transitioned to business owners.
