Job summary

Centric Consulting is building a pipeline of talent for anticipated client work as a Mid-Level Project Manager to Operations role. The role involves analyzing current processes, mapping future state, and collaborating with business and technology teams to drive improvements.

You will support workshops, define KPIs, and help with change management while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.
• Experience mapping with Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, HRIS, ServiceNow, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop future-state process designs, process maps, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process improvements.
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure process effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve productivity and quality.
• Support change management and user adoption activities for new processes.
• Ensure process documentation is maintained and aligned with governance standards.
• Participate in Agile project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
