Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience managing similar portfolios.
• Power distribution industry experience (Medium or High voltage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated leadership across multi-disciplinary teams including program management, services, engineering, operations, and logistics.
• PMP certification required within 1 year of employment.
• 20% travel (national and international).

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of assigned projects.
• Establish milestones and monitor master plans and schedules.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly.
• Provide regular updates to team, PMO and executive management on plans, budget, and status.
• Identify project problems and allocate resources or adjust contractual specs.
• Manage customer expectations across projects and lead medium voltage solutions.
• Diagnose issues and determine root cause with corrective actions to control costs.
• Collaborate with PMO teams across EA and Siemens to share best practices.
