Job summary

Flowtec Construction in Chicago, IL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects ranging up to $75M. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two days of work-from-home, a base salary of $130,000–$155,000, and a significant bonus plus profit sharing.

You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from initial planning and preconstruction through final closeout.
• Owning budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, cost forecasting and change management.
• Managing relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Partnering with the Superintendent to align field and office operations.
• Leading and developing Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Identifying issues early and driving solutions to avoid impact.
