Job summary

The role focuses on project strategy, schedule, budget, and relationships with clients and partners, with a track record of delivering high-value, hospitality and adaptive-reuse projects in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercial construction, CM, design-build or related AEC field.
• Experience leading complex, high-value projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement and risk management.
• Proven track record working directly with owners and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with multidisciplinary project teams preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project strategy, execution, schedule, budget, and financial performance.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate between architecture, engineering, construction, and project management teams.
• Oversee preconstruction, estimating, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to protect scope, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain strong client, subcontractor, consultant, and design-partner relationships.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and project teams.
• Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance.
• Support business development with existing and prospective clients.
