Sand Cherry Associates seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives within our client\'s broadband organization. The role centers on driving an outage management program to enhance how service disruptions are identified, managed, and communicated to customers across the enterprise footprint.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in project/program management, strong stakeholder skills, and experience in matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience in broadband/telecom industry.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional programs.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-functional broadband programs from initiation through implementation.
• Manage outage management initiative to improve customer communication during service interruptions.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop end-to-end business workflows and operational processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across workstreams.
• Review requirements with Business Analysts and contribute to BRDs.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, operations, product, and customer experience teams.
• Establish and manage stakeholder communication plans at all levels.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, and executive presentations.
• Track project health and escalations to ensure delivery of objectives.
• Influence stakeholders and navigate organizational dynamics to maintain momentum.
