Job summary

North Mechanical Contracting and Service in Indianapolis is seeking a driven Project Manager for its Contracting Department. The role is full-time, with work between the office and job sites, Monday through Friday.

You will oversee mechanical projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
• 1–3 years of related HVAC, Plumbing, or similar experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as project lead on assigned projects and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review weekly project schedules and trefine milestones.
• Monitor and manage project costs and procurement.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and field coordination sessions.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Document management and reporting to senior management.
