Qualifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required; PE licence or EIT pursuing PE is preferred.
- Proven experience producing civil engineering plans and technical design work.
Responsibilities
- Lead civil site design for industrial, commercial, and institutional developments.
- Prepare construction and permitting plans for paving, drainage, utilities, grading, and access improvements.
- Perform site grading and Civil 3D terrain modelling.
- Design stormwater systems using standard methods.
- Coordinate with in-house multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with external consultants, engineers, and subcontractors as required.
- Support projects from concept through permitting and construction.
