Job summary

RED Group in North Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial control system projects from inception through delivery. Based in Carrollton with a hybrid schedule, you’ll drive scope, schedule, budgets, and risk management while collaborating with clients, engineers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Project Management or Project Engineering role with a background in Industrial Controls Systems preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with designing/programming PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Strong ability to manage resources, budgets, and quality to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update projects in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity for man hours, costs, and revenue.
• Process project setup, change order and project closeout forms.
• Coordinate with customers on tasks, requirements, and expectations; attend meetings to define project needs.
• Use scheduling and control tools to track project plans, budgets, and work hours.
• Conduct project meetings to review progress, address concerns, and document updates.
• Manage document control, prepare change orders, and create project status reports.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and develop/manage project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and address issues to ensure successful execution.
