Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Project Manager Implementation to coordinate onboarding of new pharmaceutical programs and services. You will manage timelines, facilitate cross-functional communication, and support high-quality implementation outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of PM experience, with PMP preferred. Hybrid work arrangements in Pittsburgh, PA are available along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or technology field.
• Minimum of two years of project management experience.
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment and closure.
• Creates project plans, timelines and resource schedules to meet objectives.
• Facilitates cross-functional meetings and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Maintains project documentation, risk logs and action item lists.
• Drives continuous improvement based on lessons learned from implementations.
