Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Project Manager I to coordinate small to mid-size technical projects within the Cold Chain Professional Services organization. The candidate will manage projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include tracking financials, client communication, and team coordination.

A Bachelor's degree and experience in HVACR or technical services is required. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting HVACR, controls, refrigeration, or technical services projects.
• Experience working with food retail customers.
• Familiarity with PMO-driven environments and standardized project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through closeout.
• Track and manage project financials including revenue, cost, margin.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project communication.
