Blue Cross of Idaho (BCI) is seeking a Project Manager to plan and deliver enterprise projects. You will establish objectives, develop plans, and coordinate resources to balance quality, scope, schedule, cost, and value.

The role blends Lean, Agile, and hybrid delivery practices to drive improvements and deliver health outcomes. The PM will gather requirements, manage risks, report to leadership, and ensure successful delivery within the defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years (PM I) or 5+ years (PM II) of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional business or technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business partners and end users.
• Define project deliverables, scope and objectives.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and priorities across teams.
• Develop and implement communication and reporting for issues, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with KPIs and successful solution delivery.
