• Develops, finalizes and manages the timeline, budget, security plans and monitors the process for projects.
• Manages the scope of projects to meet customer and company requirements.
• Performs actual-to-plan comparisons, requests timeline extensions and/or additional funds.
• Ensures internal quality control standards and reports are prepared.
• Provides project administration, metrics, reporting, and resource allocation support.
• Manages customer expectations and turns ideas into future business opportunities.
• Oversees all project disciplines for timely completion and supports cost/technical proposals.
