Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare clinical or administrative experience required.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, time management, prioritization, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix-managed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of projects from objectives to closure, including resource, budget, and timeline management.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvements.
• Help establish and maintain corporate project management methodologies and procedures.
• Develop and share project milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and success metrics.
• Provide independent project management support, maintain plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards including design docs, test plans, training materials, and operations docs.
