Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Establish implementation plans, gather requirements, define objectives and success.
• Manage client communications and deliver strategic guidance throughout onboarding.
• Execute benefit testing and maintain detailed progress notes against milestones.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted client relationships and support internal PM best practices.
• Attend to travel as needed (5–10%) and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
