Job summary

NMS Recruit invites experienced Project Manager/Coordinators to join its award-winning Sage Partner team in Mold. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the head office 2 days per week to drive delivery and client engagement.

You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate consultants, and ensure successful go-lives while maintaining client satisfaction within a defined commercial framework.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a project management or similar delivery role.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification (or working towards one) - Desirable
• Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or other project management tool - Desirable
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of financial software solutions for our growing client base, owning end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate a team of consultants to deliver technical aspects.
• Build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
• Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, directing and coordinating the consultant team to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Provide administrative support and maintain project documentation and controls.
