Job summary

World Fuel Services in Miami, FL, is seeking a Project Manager I for Enterprise Technology Product Management. The role involves coordinating enterprise projects, maintaining plans, and ensuring milestones are met in a hybrid environment.

You will work with business, technology, and functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help drive governance and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required, with Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or traditional project management methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Projects: planning, coordinating, and tracking from initiation through delivery.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, and key documentation.
• Monitor progress and keep teams aligned to milestones and deadlines.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and manage escalation.
• Drive execution, track deliverables, and keep tasks on schedule.
• Maintain project reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
• Support governance processes and documentation standards.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and actions.
• Collaborate across business, technology, and functional teams; participate in Agile ceremonies.
