Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Electronic Security Systems (ESS) projects for DoD, DoS, and other federal customers at our Norfolk, VA location.

You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to closeout, bridge engineering and field teams, ensure safety, schedule, budget, and compliance with government requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, federal contracting knowledge, and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience managing technical projects for Federal Government customers.
• At least 5 years’ experience overseeing electronic security systems in DoD/DoS or high-security settings.
• Strong knowledge of integrated ESS architectures and lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating engineering, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ESS projects from initiation to closeout for DoD/DoS and federal clients.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with UFC DoD requirements and customer specs.
• Provide technical oversight of design, integration, and testing.
