Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Project Manager – Demountable Solutions to lead complex commercial construction projects involving glass, aluminum, or prefabricated systems. This role coordinates across design, engineering, production and field teams, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM tools; travel up to 20% and a Hybrid/On-Site work arrangement in the Contiguous US.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial settings.
• Experience with glass, aluminum, prefabricated or demountable systems preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and sequencing.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between ASSA ABLOY and demountable construction teams.
• Develop tools and resources to streamline business with brands for manufacturers and dealers.
• Collaborate with Door Security Solutions Sales to identify, track and close project opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams (design, engineering, production) to ensure portfolio integrates with manufacturers' systems.
• Create deliverables with marketing (social media, SEO, email marketing, blogs, events, PR) and track progress in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide status updates to leadership and escalate issues as needed.
