Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Project Manager for Demountable Solutions to lead cross-functional efforts across design, engineering and production on complex prefabricated building systems.

The role requires 3–5+ years in construction PM, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. Hybrid or on-site work near a major airport in the Contiguous US is available, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in construction project management or coordination (glass, aluminum, prefab highly preferred).
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specs and sequencing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering; relevant experience also considered.
• Experience with CRM tools and industry-related software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional efforts between ASSA ABLOY and the demountable construction industry.
• Create tools and resources to facilitate doing business with ASSA ABLOY brands for manufacturers and dealers.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify, track and close project opportunities in new construction.
• Coordinate across design, engineering and production to ensure portfolio integration with demountable systems.
• Work with marketing to produce deliverables for channels (social, SEO, email, content, events, PR).
• Track progress and provide status updates to leadership; escalate issues as needed.
