Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Mid-senior Project Manager for Demountable Solutions in the Contiguous US (Hybrid or On-Site). You will lead complex construction projects involving glass, aluminum, or prefab systems, coordinating design, engineering and production teams to deliver on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in construction project management, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination (glass, aluminum, prefab, or similar)
• Experience in construction environments (glass, prefab systems)
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specs, and sequencing
• Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools and other industry software preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional efforts between ASSA ABLOY and the demountable/pre-fab construction industry.
• Ensure smooth execution, proactively address issues, and align teams to meet deliverables, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, production, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
• Track progress and provide status updates to leadership, maintaining accurate reports in Salesforce.
