VSA Partners is seeking a Project Manager to support senior PMs across clients and manage smaller projects. You will oversee communications, budgets, resources, risks, and internal/external relationships to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The role involves coordinating with marketing, technical and executive teams, developing client deliverables, and ensuring scope and financial compliance within a hybrid Chicago/New York office setup.

Qualificações

• 2+ years coordinating brand, marketing, campaign and digital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with related focus.
• Experience using project management methodologies and tracking scopes.
• Experience delivering creative/engineering/advertising projects across lifecycles.
• Experience managing deliverables against a media plan is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior project managers on a client or across multiple programs.
• Ensure projects meet time and budget requirements with internal/external teams.
• Interface with client leadership to align solutions with business needs.
• Contribute to client deliverables, ensuring relevance, strategy and quality.
• Manage project scope and change control per agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with the team; escalate as needed.
• Communicate status, risks, issues, and deliverables to client and management.
• Assist with SOW creation and ensure financial/compliance accuracy.
• Coordinate project team activities, meetings, and weekly status reports.
• Collaborate with accounting on billing schedules and expense tracking.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (timelines, budgets, reports).
• Work with resource management to staff projects appropriately.
• Coordinate with sister agencies within contract parameters.
