Job summary

Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to drive the success of assigned programs across underwriting audits, performance tracking, renewals, referrals, price optimization, and compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and shaping strategy to deliver measurable value while working remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with understanding of underwriting, claims, program management and carrier relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
• Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, ASLI, or equivalent strongly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development abilities with proven growth and program adoption

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report KPI such as hit ratios, premium growth, loss ratios, claims trends, and retention
• Oversee policy and form development and continuous improvement to support compliance
• Review referrals or exceptions including non-renewals and cancellations
• Analyze claims and loss reports to identify trends and areas of concern
• Serve as subject matter expert across departments for guidance on customer-facing content
• Cultivate and manage carrier partnerships and ongoing communication
• Architect and refine sales and support processes including distribution strategy and tech platforms
• Identify and apply AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution
• Prepare business cases and executive summaries to influence strategic decisions
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned

We areseekinga strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Program Development, this remote role will drive the success of assigned Veracity programs by managing all insurance-related components fromunderwriting audits, performance tracking, renewals, referrals, price optimization, compliance reviews, and more. The Program Manager will play a key role in shaping strategy, fostering cross-department collaboration, and ensuring programs deliver measurable results and long-term value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as hit ratios, premium growth, loss ratios, claims trends, and retention, using data insights to inform strategy and mitigate risk
• Oversee policy and form development, review, and continuous improvement to support program compliance and competitiveness
• Review and manage referrals or exceptions, including non-renewals and cancellations
• Analyze claims and loss reports,identifyingtrends and areas of concern
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across departments, providing guidance, insights, and approvals for customer-facing content
• Cultivate and manage strong carrier partnerships, fromidentifyingbest-fit carriers to leading ongoing communication thatmaintains, enhances, and expands program offering
• Architect andrefinesales and support processes, including distribution strategy, technology platforms, account management, accounting, and surplus lines compliance
• Identifyand apply, where applicable,AI-driven solutions, including generative AI, to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support the ongoing success of insurance programs
• Partner with Product Owners, Product Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and measurable success
• Prepare business cases and executive summaries that influence strategic decisions and leadership alignment
• Required to perform other duties asrequested, directed, or assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
• 5+years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding ofunderwriting principles,claims,program management,andcarrier relationships.
• Proficiencywith insurance platforms, data analysis tools, and emerging technologies, including experienceleveraginggenerative AI to improve efficiency and support program development
• Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, ASLI, or equivalent strongly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development abilities with proven success driving growth,optimizingperformance, and supporting program adoption

Compensation

Range: $90k/yr - $125k/yr
