UVA Health’s Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a Project Management Consultant to help grow and operationalize new processes. You will own recurring reporting, data-driven decision support, and cross-functional communications as you contribute to strategic growth in a newly formed institute.

The role combines analytics, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement across physicians, administrators, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience coordinating projects, programs, processes, or operational initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• PMP certification or willingness to pursue professional project management credentials.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and distribute monthly clinical volume and operational reports.
• Validate and review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support leaders with information used for operational decision-making.
• Monitor recurring reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and update Heart & Vascular Institute SharePoint sites.
• Create, edit, and publish internal communications.
• Coordinate and produce the monthly HVI newsletter.
• Help ensure teams have access to current information and resources.
• Coordinate projects that support Institute growth and operational priorities.
• Assist with implementation initiatives across clinical and administrative teams.
• Support cross-functional stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining deadlines.
• Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, administrators, and operational teams.
