Job summary

Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC is seeking a Project/Product Management Analyst to support DoD/Defense Health Agency efforts at Ft. Detrick, MD. The hybrid role requires three days in the Fort Detrick office and two days telework from home.

The candidate will manage PMO tasks, coordinate IPT/WG activities, assist with budget analysis and contract support, and ensure compliance with DoD 5000 and FDA processes. US Citizenship and background investigation are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong communication, writing, organizational and PM skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in federal contracting or military environment preferred.
• Some travel may be required; US Citizenship and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time project management and acquisition support.
• Coordinate and consolidate acquisition activities in PMO dashboard.
• Track IPT and WG meetings; prepare agendas, docs, minutes, action items.
• Coordinate taskers, validate information, and compile responses.
• Support budget analysis and contract-related deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of DoD processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare briefings, summaries, and technical reports.
