Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Project Business Leader to oversee service projects end-to-end with full P&L responsibilities. You will drive financial performance, quality, and customer service while meeting business objectives and expectations.

You will report to the Regional LOB General Manager and operate from a northeast location on a hybrid schedule, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management with P&L ownership.
• Experience with quality management and customer service in projects.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ability to use project management tools for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service projects from initiation to completion with end-to-end delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance; manage P&L.
• Ensure quality standards across all project phases and improve them.
• Drive customer satisfaction by managing stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize execution and resources.
