Xcel Energy is seeking a Project Engineer to apply broad engineering principles across project life cycles, ensuring safety and quality from design through commissioning. The role involves field oversight, coordination with Supply Chain and Legal, and bid/evaluation support, with travel across the Denver metro area.

Candidates should have an ABET-accredited engineering degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; EIT/FE is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform engineering tasks applying standards, theories and concepts to complex projects.
• Provide field engineering oversight and direction for commissioning, testing, inspections.
• Coordinate bid/evaluation processes and prepare technical evaluations for proposals.
• Lead small-medium non-critical projects or portions of larger projects.
• Maintain scope, schedule and cost; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
