Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET accredited curriculum.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• EIT/FE (Engineer in Training/Fundamentals of Engineering) strongly preferred.
• PE (Professional Engineer) registration may be required depending on business need.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts to assignments of limited scope.
• Develops technical documentation including designs and calculations.
• Provides field oversight for activities such as commissioning, testing and inspections under supervision.
• Coordinates/ Leads projects or portions of projects including phases like research, design, equipment selection, procurement support, installation and commissioning.
• Assists with bid/evaluation processes by performing basic analyses and communicating with other business areas.

Education

ABET-accredited engineering degree

Electrical Engineering degree preferred

EIT/FE strongly preferred

PE registration may be required
