Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Project Engineer II to manage all aspects of product development projects using the Product Development Process (PDP) as a guide to achieving objectives for new product development.

This role focuses on product maintenance, cost and quality improvements, and leading a project team through planning, organization, implementation, and completion of engineering assignments, with a hybrid work arrangement and relocation support.

• Managing all aspects of project assignments using the Product Development Process (PDP) as a guide to achieve project objectives for new product development projects.
• Responsible for product maintenance, cost improvement, quality improvement and similar projects.
• Directs and coordinates a project team in the planning, organization, implementation, and completion of engineering project assignments.
