Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing is seeking a Project Engineer II to guide New Product Development projects using the Product Development Process (PDP). The role includes driving product maintenance, cost and quality improvements, and related initiatives.

You will lead a project team through planning, organization, implementation and completion of engineering tasks. This position supports Rheem North America with a hybrid work setup, located in Roswell, GA or Montgomery, AL, with relocation assistance

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project assignments using the PDP as a guide to achieve objectives for New Product Development projects.
• Responsible for product maintenance, cost improvement, quality improvement and similar projects.
• Direct and coordinate a project team in the planning, organization, implementation, and completion of engineering project assignments.
