Job summary

The Project Engineer III at Rheem North America in Fort Smith, AR will oversee all aspects of project assignments from initiation to completion, applying the PDP framework to achieve objectives for new product development, maintenance, cost improvement and quality enhancement. Job description

The Project Engineer III is responsible for managing all aspects of project assignments using the Product Development Process (PDP) as a guide to achieve project objectives for New Product Development projects. Responsible for product maintenance, cost improvement, quality improvement and similar projects. Directs and coordinates a project team in the planning, organization, implementation, and completion of engineering project assignments.

This position will serve Rheem North Americalocated in Fort Smith, AR.This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursdayand remotely on Fridays. Relocation assistance is available.
