Job summary

Continental Properties in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Project Engineer – Field Execution to join our Construction Department. You will work with the construction team and other project members to facilitate development and construction of rental housing communities including workforce housing, market rate, and build-to-rent.

The role supports site visits, ensures on-time and on-budget delivery, oversees code/permit approvals, and handles warranty issues through project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, PM or architecture.
• 0–2 years of related experience; onsite construction a plus.
• Knowledge of construction project management software.

Responsibilities

• Complete site visits of active construction projects to review site activities and build acceptance walks.
• Maintain execution, delivering projects on time and on budget meeting quality standards.
• Know code, permit, and inspection requirements to obtain approvals and occupancy certificates.
• Address top 3 and warranty issues from clubhouse delivery to the last building.
• Complete all project closeout activities.
