Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or 2–4 years of construction industry experience or internship.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record acceptable to the company.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project better than the customer and track quantities.
• Coordinate documents, RFIs, submittals, and subcontract writing as needed.
• Produce purchase orders and code invoices; manage schedules.
• Submit closeout documents and As-Builts; attend meetings.
• Communicate with jobsite leadership daily and keep other teams informed.
• Assist with estimating additional work and travel to job sites.
