Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; December 2026 graduates eligible.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital projects within the power generation fleet with a focus on combustion turbines and combined cycles.
• Oversee field testing, engineering analysis, and programs for plant equipment performance, availability, and costs.
• Troubleshoot operational issues by providing engineering support and implementing technical solutions.
• Analyze power plant operating data to improve efficiency through equipment changes and upgrades.
• Oversee contractors on projects and develop budgets and schedules.
• Prepare project authorization requests and participate in leadership meetings.
• Lead scope development and recommend design options, systems, and materials with cost estimates.
