Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on power generation or mechanical engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex plant environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for power plant O&M activities and capital projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment performance issues through data analysis and field inspection.
• Assist in planning outages, inspections, and major maintenance events.
• Develop scope, schedule, budget, and status reporting for O&M and capital projects.
• Support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in generation operations.
