Job summary

Brambles seeks a motivated Project Engineer to lead capital equipment and facility improvement projects across our manufacturing and supply chain network. You will partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Finance, and Engineering to deliver projects on time and within budget, balancing technical rigor with strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years in Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Project Management in industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital equipment and facility improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop project scopes, layouts, timelines, budgets, and business justifications.
• Prepare capital expenditure requests and support approvals.
• Manage vendor selection, RFPs, quotes, purchase orders, installation and startup.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety and Quality to meet objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe work practices by all personnel and contractors.
• Track progress, costs, risks, and milestones; coordinate training as needed.
• Ensure project closeout with documentation and maintenance manuals.
