Palladium in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Manager, Project Delivery to support Project AFGHS, a global digital health FAA funded by the U.S. Department of State. The project works across multiple countries with centralized core funding and will achieve quarterly milestones over 3, 6, 9, 12 months.

The Manager serves in the Project Management Unit, ensuring compliant and timely delivery, financial oversight, and coordination with donor requirements. This role requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on donor-funded or international development programs.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Experience managing contracts, grants, and partner agreements.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (teams, clients, compliance).
• Experience leading recruitment, onboarding, and management of project staff.
• Demonstrated experience managing project risks, performance tracking, and client reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day project delivery for Palladium’s FAA, acting as the key link between implementation teams, project leadership, corporate services, compliance functions and Francophone country teams.
• Manage project planning, procurement, subcontracting, grants, reporting, and operational processes to ensure efficient, compliant delivery against workplans and contractual requirements.
• Perform day to day roles and responsibilities as they align to project milestones.
• Oversee financial management by tracking budgets, forecasts, invoicing, partner expenditures, cash flow, approvals, and audit-ready records to keep project spending aligned with plans.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and development of project staff, while maintaining accurate HR processes and helping teams follow company policies and client rules.
• Monitor risks, contracts, client communications, and overall project performance, while also contributing to business development and strengthening Palladium’s reputation with clients.
• Adhere to strict timelines for field staff project management support and responsiveness.
• Perform operation compliance oversight to ensure accountability and adherence to policies and procedures.
