Job summary

SBI Consultants LLC in the United States is seeking a Project & Cost Manager (P&CM) to lead integrated project delivery across technical, financial, and execution aspects. This hybrid role demands strong leadership in both project management and cost management with direct client interaction.

You will plan budgets, manage cost estimates and change orders, coordinate design and procurement, and mentor junior staff while supporting advisory services and business development across diverse projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
5 to 10 years of progressive, relevant industry experience on large-scale projects.
Must understand construction means/methods, project delivery phases, and cost benchmarking.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, models, and quantity take-offs across all project stages.
Review change orders, contractor proposals, and scope modifications for accuracy.
Provide cost analysis and benchmarking using market data, production metrics, and trends.
Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and life-cycle cost analyses.
