You will assist with billing, forecasting, proposals, and business development support, coordinate meetings, and onboard new hires while ensuring smooth communication across teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in project administration or related support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, tracking, reporting, and closeout activities.
• Maintain project docs and filing per standards (deliverables, bids, contracts).
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and team communications.
• Support project billing, forecasting, and related admin processes.
• Assist with proposal development and document formatting.
• Coordinate facility logistics, onboarding, and office communications.
• Provide general admin support to leadership and project teams.
